工作职责:

工作综述：

根据部门负责人及其上级的工作安排，从专业技术层面对企业、被审计人员各项经营活动的真实性、合规性、效益性和对企业风险管理、内部控制及治理程序进行监督、审查和评价，提出审计建议和整改要求，并督促改进。

1.按审计实施方案开展经营管理审计、定期经理责任审计、离任审计、专项审计或调研、整改督办等营运审计项目。

2.编制、复核或修改审计报告初稿，对于未完善事项及时补充审计资料，确保报告能充分表述审计发现的存在问题，与项目小组成员共同形成征求意见稿上报上级人员审核。

3.对被审计单位或个人就审计报告征求意见稿的反馈意见，涉及本人工作成果的，应及时进行分析、核实及解释、沟通，形成最终的审计报告呈批稿。

4.按时提交审计工作底稿、审计日记、审计小结或审计报告初稿，确保项目审计工作按时完成。

5.根据上级领导的要求，按时、按质完成交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

1.全日制本科或以上学历，具备注册会计师、注册内审师、注册税务师优先考虑。

2.审计相关工作经验2年及以上。

3.熟练掌握财务、审计或工程类专业知识，熟悉内部控制管理，了解行业运营流程等。

4.掌握财务、税务、经济法规、财务管理、审计等相关知识和技能，熟悉地产、餐饮酒店、教育、物业等行业管理运营知识。

5.计算机水平：熟练操作办公软件，熟悉主流财务软件和企业运营系统。语言水平：国、粤语流利，英语良好。
