Job Objective
Develop strong Dunlop business presence in assigned market.
Key Responsibilities
? Be responsible for the Dunlop business development including Distribution, home decoration and Trade channel in assigned market.
? Build, manage and develop the channel network, key focus on new customer development, together with existing customer management.
? Assist and coach customer on market development, products training, solution proposal, Dunlop Shop decoration, etc.
? Marketing intelligence collection, such as key competitors, key activities, products, price, and other information required..
? Achieve the sales target within expense budget and others KPI. Take ownership on AR management
? Other task assigned.
Personal Skills
? Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
? Can work well under pressure.
? Like to study new knowledge
Functional Skills
? College degree or above
? 3 years or above sales experience in building material industry, Preferred in dry mixed mortar industry.
? Good command of reading and writing in English, will be a plus if good spoken in English.
? Good understanding on distribution, decoration company and trade business operation.
