1. Manage daily work of wholesale team and wholesaler channel effectively, striving to reach sales target.

有效的管理批发团队和批发商的日常工作，努力达到既定的销售目标

2. To set up account development plan and build up wholesaler team. Enhance distribution in relevant area and improve SG products’ famous, with an established network of WHO client would be key.

制定客户发展计划和团队建设计划，更好的加强美夏产品在区域内的覆盖率和知名度

3.To collect analysis and keep relevant information, report.

收集、分析、保存和传播有关信息、报告。

4. Coordinate between internal team and whole sales and marketing team (e.g. retail, marketing, and restaurant) about consistency in appointed area, pricing and sales information. Especially maintain the price structure in wholesale channel and control sales territory.

协调批发团队内部以及美夏整个销售、市场团队（比如和零售，餐饮渠道，市场部）在区域，价格，销售信息等方面的一致性。特别是要维护好批发商的价格体系和区域销售控制。

5. Base on the principle of SG to build up good relationship with our business partner. Ensure the increasing of customer satisfaction.

在美夏公司销售原则的基础上逐步与客户的高层建立良好的生意伙伴关系，确保客户的满意度的提高

6. Step up the long term business with customer。

促进企业与客户的未来业务的长期发展。

7. Achieve or exceed agreed targets for sales, distribution, cost of sales, A/R control.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Good command of English in both oral and written;

3. 8+ years experiences in related industry is a must

4. At least 3+ years managerial experiences;

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

6. Good presentation and management skills;

7. Good wine knowledge;

8. Good team player;

9. WSET or other wine related certificate holder is a plus.
