1.Establish and maintain the supplier development management procedure.

供应商开发管理程序的建立和维护开发流程的完善

2.Work closely with Engineering,IQC and internal production to conduct First Piece Inspection Report (FPIR) and release pilot batch, mass production;

（研发，进货检验，生产）完成样品首件检验报告，小批量和大批生产的确认，供应商质量调查，过程能力分析

3.Lead supplier qualification and approval process, conduct supplier audit.

引领供应商资格和确认过程，执行供应商审核等

4.Work closely with program team to drive on-time program delivery.

与项目团队紧密协作，推动项目准时完成

5.Monitor on-going production quality in supplier site.

在产品认可和生产阶段，解决供应商的相关质量问题

6.Solve quality issues feedback from customers, identify root cause and take permanent corrective actions.

监督供应商过程生产质量，与相关职能部门管理，批准供应商的偏差更改请求

7.Periodical review the quality problems of outsourcing parts from other department such as production/assembly line, incoming inspection, customer service every week or month

解决从客户反馈的质量问题，确认根本原因，采取长期措施解决问题

8.Work closely with team to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements.

与其他部门紧密合作，消除沟通障碍，确保供应商质量和交货达到公司要求

9.Finish the temporary job from superior and support other person’s job if necessary.

 完成上级临时安排的工作和支持其他人员工作

任职资格：

1.Above college education in mechanical engineering major大专以上学历，机械工程专业

2.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supplier quality management，with a focus on plastic ,electrical systems and standard parts. 至少五年供应商质量的工作经验,主要是塑料、电气系统和标准件

3.Expert knowledge concerning supply chain quality and supplier development lean methods,technology and production techniques as well as material knowledge.

4.A high knowledge of established quality management tools. 有丰富建立质量管理工具的知识

5.Condifent users skills in MS office 良好的办公软件使用技能

6.Familiar with the geometrical and dimension inspection; 熟悉几何尺寸检验；

7.Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system熟悉ISO9001质量体系；

8.Familiar with VDA6.3 process audit熟悉VDA6.3过程审核；

9.Good communication skill; 良好的沟通能力；

7.Good at spoken and written English 良好的英语口语及书写能力
