工作职责：

l  负责生物信息技术开发项目的总体规划和研发进度跟进，包括工艺开发和优化管理，能及时发现和解决新品开发中的技术难题；

l  对实验数据进行及时准确的记录整理，保证实验的真实性和可操作性，并跟据实验成果撰写专利；

l  具有产业化经验，编制项目产品的标准和原辅材料标准，编制配方，生产工艺等技术文件，指导产品的中试放大生产，保证产业化生产过程顺利进行；

l  监督研发经费的合理使用，对项目整体负责；

l  根据公司发展战略，参与制定公司中期研发计划，协助销售部门做好对外沟通和客户维护工作。

l  进站后从事的主要研究工作：

？   面向生物智造的代谢调控；

？   面向生物制造的微生物工程菌的合成生物学研究；

？   面向生物智造的生物信息学研究。
