The job entails the following responsibilities but not limited to

• Ensure domestic transportation management to ensure on-time and qualitative internal and external delivery and report status to all stakeholders
• Pick & pack, gift packing operations management for daily deliveries
• Rework for products with appearance defects
• Resolve customers complains regarding deliveries.
• Validate delivery distribution center and delivery related expenses invoices against and arrange payment
• Ensure inventory accuracy at both Sarment own warehouse and partner’s facilities
• Ensure all inventory movement activities and ERP record comply with company’s policies & procedures.
• Housekeeping in the warehouse to ensure warehouse tidiness, cleanliness and safety
• Monitor 3PL’s KPI
• Implement new IT projects
• Other tasks assigned by the Head of Logistics Group.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/or relative disciplines
• 4 years working experience in shipping & logistics industry
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP/Pivot Table) in particular
• Sensitive to numbers and proficient in Business Intelligence software
• Customer Service Focused
• Can-do attitude, can cope with pressure,  work independently & deliver within tight deadline
• Also a team player to achieve company’s overall target
• Good command of spoken & written English & Putonghua
• Proficient in SAP
