1. 国家正规院校专科以上学历；

2. 熟悉国际货物运输流程，有一年以上的国际、国内物流销售相关工作经验； 

3. 具备一定的市场营销、开拓、揽货的能力和经验； 

4. 利用公司网络平台建立和强化客户关系，获得销售机会，并有一定的直接客户和销售渠道，热爱销售行业；

5. 具有远大的理想和抱负、良好的工作责任心和吃苦耐劳的团队合作精神，开发新客户，完成销售指标；

6. 具有良好的沟通技巧和协调能力，勇于开拓市场，与公司共同发展。
