Position: QA vehicle projects Small / Compact

Division/Department: QA / Vehicle Strategic Projects

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

• Quality related project controlling of new and successor vehicle projects

• Expenditures calculation and alignment with VWAG and JVs

• Assessment of project maturity level and escalation of critical topics

Your Responsibilities:

• Propose, coordinate, determine and trace of failure rate targets, investments and expenditures , warranty costs and quality requirements within the early project phase

• Monitoring and optimizing of Q-topics in vehicle project over project life span

• Coordination, tracing and ensuring of Q-content of vehicle projects within project reviews and cost workshops

• Autonomous preparation of project status reports and decision papers for brand and group commitees. Aligning decision papers with responsible EVP

• Propose, coordinate, determine and controlling of project specific content and requirements in correlation with all project involveved entities

• Tracing and escalating of critical project content

• Coordinate, tracing and escalating of china specific requirments within vehicle projects

• Managing of work related individual tasks appropriate to skills and experience of the job holder

Our Requirements:

• Diplom-Ingenieur / Master / Bachelor, field of automotive engineering (engineering, mechanical / industrial engineering, etc.) or appropriate work experience

• Experience of strategic projects in the area of automotive

• Intercultural openness

• German and/or English language skills
