Responsibility:

· Creation and maintenance of the project schedule for the locations and products

· Review of validation planning of the production partners and meeting the requirements of CCB-X

· Review of test specifications of the production partners regarding the correct fulfilment according to the test descriptions of CCB-X

· Control of the correct execution of tests at OEM and external laboratories regarding the correct fulfilment of the provided requirements of the test specification and current norms

· Review of test reports regarding the correct fulfilment of requirements and completeness

· Follow-Up of errors and problem solutions

· Participation at analysis of samples and control of the fulfilment of requirements

· Participation at Tear Down’s and documentation of the results

· Participation at telephone conferences with the German side at CCB-X and JV for open topics clarification

· Checking and consulting for errors and analysis

Requirements:

§ Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Test and Validation for Electronics and Electrics

§ Experience with the handling of HV-batteries, HV-systems and HV Battery testing procedures including test devices and test result evaluation

§ Experience in programming of HV-battery test benches and climate chambers

§ Experience in execution of environment tests (climate, mechanical shocks, vibration, tightness, corrosion)

§ Experience in testing, failure analysis and troubleshooting for HV Batteries

§ Advanced knowledge of the function principle and subcomponents of high voltage batteries

§ Knowledge of the test catalogues and norms relevant norms VW80000, VW80303, VW82161, VW80300 would be a big advantage

§ Development & test tools experience, e.g. Vector Tools CANoe, CANape

§ Experience in ODIS and Diagra

§ Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office and schedule tools (cPlace or similar)

§ English skills mandatory, Chinese and German skills would be a big plus

§ Strong communication skills

§ Qualification ?Arbeiten unter Spannung“ (AuS) is an asset

因科不仅提供技术支持，还有自主研发的系列产品。通过以往的项目经验，为降低人 力成本，缩短测试时间，高效率的完成质量管控，我司研发的主要产品有 Orange HiL，一 个可以模拟整车系统，并实现多个 ECU 集成测试。另一款产品“OrangeRack”, 是一款能 解决，在测试阶段时无法持续供电问题的一个优化产品。 最后介绍的一款产品 “OrangeSwitch”,是一个独立的测试转换器，可以让 HiL 或其它测试环境中的多个 ECU 做 到自动切换的功能。
因科拥有自己的技术培训学院，针对不同等级的技术和管理人员，制定从基础知识， 到专业方面的进修，再到高级后备领导人才的项目管理， 提供指定行业内培训和进修计 划。培训包括：
