职位描述
岗位职责:
– Manage the process of bidding and contracting, make sure all the documents are well archived
– Manage client database, to ensure the customer information are accurate and complete
– As the bridge between team and finance, master all kinds of company tools and application to ensure related financial process is accurate, in-time and efficient
– Communicate external and internal project members to ensure the smooth project implementation
– Cooperate with vendors to prepare high quality materials and support on materials’ translation as needed
– Organize and arrange all kinds of department meetings and activities
– Recruit and manage interns
– Support office daily administrative work
– Other ad hoc project related tasks
任职要求:
– Bachelor degree
– Minimum 1 year administrative working experience in FIEs, professional service firm is plus
– Excellent communication, coordination skill and a team player
– Good English and MS office skills (including PPT and Excel)
– Be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
– Process and quality oriented
