Project Management

? Develop/drive excellence for China strategic priority processes to best identify and track priorities cross functions;

? Coordinate annual strategic planning process and AOP business review with local and global leadership;

? Coordinate internal and external key strategy events;

? Arrange agendas, track follow-up items and coordinate topics for China Commercial Leadership Team (CCLT) meetings and quarterly/monthly Business Reviews (QBRs) with regions in China;

Strategic Planning

? Generate insights and develop strategy/find solutions and support senior leadership on diverse set of topics and initiatives;

? Prepare business reviews to reflect strategic insights with local and global leadership;

? Participate in projects and initiatives of strategic importance to China;

任职条件

Education:

? ？ BA/BS degree is required; 

? ？ Advanced degree such as Master’s Degree and/or MBA preferred but not required;

Job Experience:

? Minimum 6 years of working experience; 

? Prior working experience in-house Strategy/Strategic Marketing/Operation Consulting Firm is preferred;

? Track record of basic project management skill---Operation project experience, Process management experience or own a related certificate (eg. Sic-sigma);

? In-depth knowledge about local customer needs, healthcare system and government policies preferred;

? Demonstrate strategic thinking abilities, strategic mindset and strong analytical skill;

? Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills;

? Well organized;

? Ability to persuade and influence individuals and groups across the matrix without direct management authority;

? Excellent written and oral communication skills;

? Is passionate and driven to win;

? Fluent in Chinese and strong English abilities;

? Good PPT skill.
