Key Responsibilities

• To provide assistance to the marketing team in carrying out various marketing activities including the preparation of marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, maintenance of marketing data, acquisition of new clients, etc
• Assist Director of Marketing, PR & Communications on campaign deployment, key marketing initiatives and ad hoc projects
• To carry out market research and collect data related to the current market trends
• To assist the marketing team in achieving the targets set by the marketing director or other senior marketing officials
• To help the marketing & PR team in preparing marketing and PR programs
• To assist in performing various promotional activities and in-store events
• Liaise and work with internal/external PR agencies
• To perform market research to provide data and evidence to evaluate the impact of marketing and PR campaigns
• To prepare marketing and PR reports on regular and project basis
• To stay connected and informed with the latest information related to the company’s products and services
• Draft internal and external correspondence; prepare briefing papers, documentation and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings. Ensure directors/managers have any relevant documentation required for meetings
• Carry out projects requested by Heads of Department
• Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
• PR Sample management
• EPO system and contract process
• Translation for marketing assets

 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Journalism, Language, Communications, PR/Marketing or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Experience in online marketing campaigns & projects will be highly preferred
• Creative and detail oriented
• Good communication & organizational skills
• Excellent spoken & written skills
• Detail-minded individual, excellent team player who is able to work under high pressure
• Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of Photoshop is required
