Office administrator行政助理/设施部文员

工作职责:

·  根据工作需要采购办公室所需物品,小吃、文具等,并管理供应商;

·  办公室预算管理、记录,申请付款;

·  办公室安全相关活动的组织和供应商管理,安全设备维护;

·  新员工入职;

·  更新办公室内部网站;

·  公司活动 年会、生日会等;

·   经理交代的其他行政相关工作。

 

要求:

·  本科以上学历 ,3年以上工作经验

·  为人踏实、有亲和力、能够与他人友好相处

·  具备优秀的执行力、沟通协调能力,做事严谨,服务意识及责任心强

·  工作中善于总结与学习,积极思考与创新,有责任感, 善于沟通

·  有一定英文基础,擅长使用办公室软件


Job Summary

As the Office administrator, you will provide general facilities support to the entire officemainly focusing on associates  general request(facility related), budget planning and monthly payment process, office maintenance and repair, EHS program, working with team members to hold company events. Details please refer to the primary job responsibilities as below table.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities

 

·  Budget planning and tracking

·  Office maintenance and repair

·  Supports office EHS programs, Fire drill, safety warden training etc
·  Space planning

·  Events planning and preparation 
·  Interacts continuously with employees, serving as the first impression for employees with facilities needs
·  Global and/or regional Facilities programs 
·  Maintains, updates and creates content on the local intranet page

·  Takes on ever increasing responsibility as the demands on the business and facility increase

 

Required Skills

·  Communication: Requires strong oral and written skills, professional business appearance at all times
·  Organization: Requires attention to detail, extensive experience in most responsibilities as listed in the Job Description, and has advanced skills for developing systems and processes for smooth office operations. Experience of office maintenance and repair, security programs,budget planning is preferred
·  Attitude: Self motivated with the ability to work with little direct supervision. Team player with positive attitude to challenges, proactive, easily going and fast leaner.
·  Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree (preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of related experience
