岗位职责：

任职要求：

As Data Architect, candidate should be responsible for defining the data migration approach. Responsible for completing source to target mapping. Strong knowledge of data migration processes and tools. Strong communication skills along with Stakeholder management. Person should also be responsible for assigning tasks to team and track the overall progress of the project. He should be go to person for all data migration related queries. 

This role includes solution architecture, Techno-Functional Lead, training, seeking continuous improvement in the Team offering and use of Application Implementation Methodology. You will serve as a technical lead, as well as coordinating resources across the team, and will work with the appropriate people, processes and tools to achieve successful solutions for business requirements

Responsibilities:

? Work with customer in gathering business requirements for data migration needs

? Assist in designing, planning and managing the data migration process

? Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements

? Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details

? Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan

? Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities. 

? Perform source to target data mapping along with data quality rules

? Prepare weekly status reports and maintain various trackers to track the progress of data migration activities

? Should be able to host weekly calls with multiple stakeholders

? Co-ordinate with offshore data team

? Leadership Skill - Experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred, should be able to manage the performance and responsibilities of everyone in the team

Requirement:

? Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Master degree is desirable, but will waive this requirement entirely if you have significant and applicable real world experience.

? Minimum 10-12 years of experience with at least 4+ years in developing and implementing ETL solutions using any enterprise ETL tools (Good to have knowledge of Talend)

? Strong technical background along with the ability to perform business analysis and write effective documentation and specifications

? Must have problem solving skills along with decision making

? Must have strong communication skills that allow you to regularly deal with the business, as well as with specialists from related fields, including database developers, and software engineers.

? Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.

? Must know both Chinese and English Language
