Distribution Technical Resources Manager

Freescale Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is responsible for amplifying the voices of the customer and of the market for the entire company and growing the Freescale brand. Additionally, we are tasked with defining market requirements, customer account plans, distribution channel management and driving revenue growth. We communicate the value of Freescale to our customers and prospects. We collaborate closely with all Freescale organizations to develop and deliver cutting-edge technologies, products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Joining Freescale Taiwan as a DTRM will make you work in a team of technical marketing expertise from global, exercise on project management, build up personal soft skill capability, and grow the view of professional sales operation practice.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
· Lead and support FAE teams of distributors in AP region to increase design-in opportunities
· Build up effective business model and enhance technical capability of our distributors to sell our high technology products
· Establish professional working relationship with the FAEs of the assigned corporate distributor in the region
· Lead and conduct the GIBC audit for L2 DDFAE and evaluate job performance of DDFAE
· Partner with CAM/DSM to lead distributors on application mapping
· Act as the focal point of distributor FAE’s on technical questions, customer issues, tool support.
· Ensure and assist the DFAE training program to be held in accordance with corporate plan and follow up to evaluate the effectiveness of the program
· Coordinate with other DTRMs in the Region to ensure annual region-wide DFAE training is conducted with manufacturing support
· Visit distributors’ branch periodically to meet with DFAEs for reviewing opportunities, and driving their designs through the pipeline
· Participate in all corporate reviews with the distributor
· Assist to create demo boards and other sales tools for the DFAEs
Qualifications
:
Criteria of Profile
l Education: EE, BA or above.
l Working experience:
n Five years minimum Design and/or FAE experience required
n Having working closely in distribution management of semiconductor field
l Skill:
n Knowledge of product and applications in Networking processor or consumer MCU
n Good interpersonal and excellent presentation skills
n Good command in Mandarin and English.
n Familiar with Microsoft office.
l Characteristic:
n Integrity, creative and hardworking
n Able to travel within AP region
