This position will be working with Allianz Worldwide Care in the Company's China office but will require the successful applicant to work and resolve issues across all our global offices.

Shift work will be an element of this role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide local desk side support and remote support for users throughout the organisation as part of a 24x365 support and administration service
• Providing timely resolutions to technical incidents and accurate timely responses to information requests
• Proactively identify and resolve system problems, working with colleagues in the head office and external vendors, acting as the incident owner throughout.
• Administration of service desk requests, change management, configuration management, vendor management and any other duties required to ensure that the IT requirements of the organisation are met.
• Maintain current knowledge of enterprise technologies and processes.
• Defining the IT knowledge requirements of the organization and providing suitable training, end user documentation and information.
• Work with team colleagues to provide the organisation with IT services required levels of availability, performance and functionality for the best value possible within the confines of agreed budgets.
• Assuring compliance of IT systems with the company's security policy, Group standards, national legislations, industry good practice and Allianz Worldwide Care policies procedures and corporate policy.
• Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• Technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure in accordance with organisational goals and to provide competitive advantage to the Company.
• Deliver projects for the organisation and stakeholders to specification, on time and on budget.
• shift work and out of hours support when required

Experience Required

• Blackberry experience an advantage
• Must have 2 years experience in an internal enterprise support/service desk role
• Cisco Telephony experience preferred
• ITIL certification preferred
• eGain mail experience preferred
• 3^rd level qualification in IT related discipline required
• Experience of RDP/Terminal Server/Citrix preferred
• Knowledge of VMware or other virtualisation technologies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of printer and MFD technologies.

2018年7月，京东等股东增资安联财险的方案获得了中国银保监会的批准，由8.05亿元增加至16.10亿元，新增注册资本均由新股东出资。同年10月，公司名称获批变更为“京东安联财产保险有限公司”。目前关于公司注册资本变更及名称变更的工商登记仍在进行中。
