Position: Compliance Officer (Location: Beijing)

Main tasks:

• Establishing and maintaining MAN`s Compliance Organization in the areas of Anticorruption, Antitrust, White Collar Crime and Anti-Money Laundering as internal business partner and trusted consultant within its area of responsibility

• Ensuring constant communication of Compliance topics within MAN Truck & Bus China to maintain awareness of Compliance issues and knowledge of contacts for assistance.

• Ensuring within MAN Truck & Bus China communication, knowledge and application of MAN Compliance policies and rules as well as relevant external regulation and laws.

• Ensuring adequate training of all relevant employees in general and specific Compliance matters

• Other tasks regarding Compliance topics to be specified by the superior

Skills:

• At least 3 years working experience within an international company, international law firm or comparable organization.

Major Required Competence:

• Fluent in Chinese and English.

• Ability to understand the business, its strategies, people and organizational structure.

• Strong analytical skills regarding Compliance and business issues and risks.

• Sound judgement when balancing Compliance risks against business benefits.

• Strong communication skills to convince people and gain trust and confidence.

• Ability to take and defend decisions towards senior management and further MAN T&B employees in complex and sensitive situations.

• Strong project development and management skills.

• Experience in working in internationals teams and with cross-border communication
