•Lead manufacturing vertical solution planning & high level architecture design
•could assist to set up manufacturing vertical related HW & SW portfolio strategy
•Understand and help customer identify pain points.
• Identify new business opportunities that can help our customers become more competitive
•Delivery user scenario analysis, quickly response to POC solution
•Could create and proposition business value from data and advanced analytics
• Solution Biz case analysis
• Drive E2E team to achieve the target., make customer satisfaction.
• collaborate with cooperation to leverage more business opportunities
• Identifying assets (i.e. solutions, partnerships) from successful engagements that could be replicated
• Engage in other industries with your colleagues, where advantageous and supports our objectives
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, particularly at Executive and CxO level


Position Requirements:
• Strong, proven experience working within the Hi-Tech or Manufacturing industries
, or as a consultant targeting Industrial Manufacturing, developing business with clients in a consultative approach
•A solid understanding of how data and analytics creates value within the Industrial Manufacturing segment, coupled with hands on experience with business analytics projects, and how it can fully support and drive business initiatives.
•Experience in Industrial Manufacturers use of analytics and value that will allow the candidate to interact effectively with customer stakeholders to show the value of data and analytics to their business.
•Deep hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas within Industrial Manufacturing or Asset Management (multiple are as an advantage)
• industry PC SI or SW or HW company;
• camera vision SI or SW or HW company
• Asset management/MRO
• Production optimization
• Control systems and Operational Technology (OT)
• Petrochemicals and refining
• Industrial processing operations
• Industrial chemicals
• Mining and mineral processing
• Experience in the following specific areas would also be an advantage
• Machine/sensor data analytics
• Product configuration complexity
• Maintenance planning/optimization
• Predictive/prescriptive modelling (e.g. predictive maintenance)
• Previous experience of presenting to and working with the Senior Management/CXO level. This experience can have been gained whilst operating as a Consultant
• The candidate should have an appreciation of high level technical solutions as they relate to data and analytics in the Industrial Manufacturing / Asset Management (e.g. relational databases, data historians, Hadoop, Open Source, models and tools in analytics and visualization)
