职位描述


Position Summary:

Drive inter department communication and alignment on RCI oversea products implementation. Hands on product uploading and administration to enable multi channels sell out like call center, e-commerce, future cruise and trade, plus various supporting functions.

Drive maximum profits and guest volume of rest of world product through efficient pricing and inventory management and interaction with sales & marketing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Align with multi channels in company to implement oversea product strategy under guidance and support.

2. Liaise with call center, e-commerce, future cruise, trade, finance, BDS, IT, trade support and TUI to sharpen product distribution thus enable sell out effectively.

3. Responsible to administrate, upload product for sale, including original packages and promotions when it suits.

4. Various resource tracking documents to manage smart sourcing and risk control.

5. Led by commercial director, together with oversea product manager, to explore innovative oversea product sales, esp. better fits approach to enable RCI direct channel bundle product sales strategy, for example cabin plus strategy.

6. Assist to ROW revenue manager on daily basis –

Pricing – Propose, negotiate and communicate group pricing and tactical pricing initiatives for all Rest of World products for Hong Kong market.

Promotion – Set up promotion in BRE system and work closely with revenue team members on it.

Payment and manifest monitor – Payment & name review and chase to minimize the potential risk.

Inventory management – Review group inventories and retention rate proactively as well as required by revenue teams.

Reporting – Create and distribute regular reports to the sales team and China revenue Leadership team.

Market Intelligence – Monitor pricing, booking policy and marketing activities from competitor cruise lines.

Policies – Ensure booking policy right applied in system and work closely with IT and revenue team to correct it.

Operations – Coordinate with Trade & Consumer Services China on operation matters including pricing, deployment, promotions, product changes and consumer complaints.

Communicate – Responsible for the communication between sales, commercial, marketing, operation, finance and global revenue teams.

Financial Responsibilities

List any responsibilities for budget, expenses and/or achievement of revenue targets in US Dollars.

Joint responsible for the delivery of RCI Oversea Product Strategy and development of RCI Oversea Sales.

Qualifications:

  • College or University degree
  • At least 3 years cruise or tourism industry working experiences preferred
  • Good English ability, CET-4 or above
  • A good communicator and facilitator
  • Fair perception capability in a corporate environment for sake of smooth inter dept. collaboration
  • Capability and willingness to learn and grow

Knowledge and Skills:

· Good bilingual communication skills, in Mandarin and English, written and oral.

· Good Microsoft Office skills esp. excel and Word

  • Knowledge of AS400 or data base management applications or e-commerce web uploading / surfing skill
  • Highly motivated with initiative and ability to work under pressure with deadlines
