1. Key Responsibilities & Task Description

主要职责与任务描述

Seeking a professional fabrics logistician operator who is experienced in premium warehouse stock management with following tasks:

寻找一位专业的物流专员，要求具有仓库库存管理经验。此职位需要完成如下任务：

I. In-bound (entry of stock)

入库（收货）

Control reception of fabrics (in quantity) against Delivery documents

根据送货单验收布料（数量）

Ensure storage of fabrics in the right compartments of the warehouse

确保布料正确存放在相应的仓库库区

II. Out-bound (placing order, cutting, packaging, shipment, shipment, claims)

出库（下单、裁剪、包装、发运、索赔）

10-20 orders per day

每天10-20个订单

Cut fabrics manually with scissors - safely, at a fast pace, with minimal errors and according to written instructions/tickets

根据书面指示/标签，用剪刀安全的、快速的手工裁切布料，保持尽可能少的错误

Pack the fabrics according to strict internal protocols

严格按照内部要求进行布料包装

Attach the right shipping documents to the right orders/fabrics

确保包装内附上正确的发货单据

Liaise with the transporters who come and collect the parcels

联系快递上门取件

Be able to send emails to confirm reception/despatch of fabrics or some other simple messages (in Chinese)

可以用中文发送收发货确认邮件或其他相关的简单信息

Work efficiently to meet delivery timeframes which will vary (low/high season)

在不同的淡旺季都可以高效率的完成订单以符合要求的送货时间

III. Inventory (stock management)

库存（货物管理）

Be able to measure the pieces of fabrics and record the metrages in the IT system

测量布匹长度并将米数记录到系统

Be able to maintain a very tidy and clean working area

2. KPI Reference

关于KPI

I. Quantification of orders to cut and dispatch daily:

日订单处理（裁切与发货）数量

August to December 2019: from 10 to 20 a day average

2019年8-12月：平均10-20个订单每天

35 cutlengths a day must be reachable by the cutter in the peak season after these 5 months experience

5个月后，操作员必需要在旺季可以每天完成35个裁切数量

II. Returns from clients due to wrong cut metrages will be counted:

因长度裁切错误导致的客户退货数量

3 monthly accepted for the starting months of August to end September

8-9月份允许每月3个

1 maximum accepted per month from September 2019 on for months of 10 average cutlengths a day (low season). 3 maximum accepted for high season months (30 to 35 cutlengths a day).

9月份后（2019年10月开始），淡季（平均每天10个裁切）每月不超过1个，旺季（平均每天30-35个裁切）每月不超过3个

Note: Client must launch the claim/return process within 1 week after receiving the delivery

备注：客户必须在收到货的一周内发起索赔/退货流程

III. Stock Takings

货物准确性

+ 2 cm tolerance is accepted per cutlengh

每个裁切的误差为+2 cm

Stock differences anomalies will be recorded according to these parameters

因此导致的库存差异会记录下来For August & Sept 2019 exceptional tolerances of + 3 to + 4 cm per cutlength are accepted

2019年8、9月份允许的特别误差为+3 cm ~ +4 cm

Negative tolerances (shorter cutlengths) are NOT accepted

不允许有负误差（裁短了）

3. Candidate Requirements

候选人资质要求

Ideally min. 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or fabric

物流行业或者布料行业至少3年相关经验

To be able to pull and lift large pieces of fabrics up to 35 kg

可以提起最重35kg的布卷

To stand most of the day and have a good view

需要站立工作并精神饱满

Ability to read Chinese and English and write Chinese

可以读写中文，阅读英文

Ability to read written instructions on computer screens and to use a computer screen for basic operations

可以简单操作电脑并读懂电脑显示的工作指示

Ability for basic calculation skills (add or deduce metrages)

简单的计算能力（加减米数）

Attention to detail and process

注重细节和流程

Adapt speed according to work’s load

根据工作量调节工作节奏

Main KPI: able to handle 10 orders per day, up to 35 orders per day after 6 months joining the company

主要KPI: 加入公司前六个月可以操作每天10个订单，6个月后可以达到每天35个订单
