Job Scope:

- Daily Microsoft Exchange/Lync/SharePoint/ADSF/AD system maintenance

- Support customer service request, incident and change for Microsoft Exchange/Lync/SharePoint/ADSF/AD 

- Provide customer advice and consultancy if customer request for any Microsoft product (  Microsoft Exchange/Lync/SharePoint/ADSF/AD  ) inquiry.

- Quarterly / yearly / monthly MS patch installation follow security requirement.

- Provide remote support for end user device if any incident reported by customer

- Attend customer and IBM internet meeting

- Daily operation 5x8. On call support for non-business hours.

Skill Requirement:

- Expert expert with Microsoft Product Exchange/Lync/SharePoint/ADSF/AD

- Able design and provide architecture solution for Microsoft Product Exchange/Lync/SharePoint/ADSF/AD.

- Familiar with Vmware operation

- Experience in MS product for more than 3 years. 

- Read and Write and Speak in English and Mandarin
