1、在线接待客户咨询，及时、准确、耐心回答客户关于产品和服务的问题；

2、通过了解客户需求，分析客户的问题；

3、针对客服中发现的问题与运营一起分析，提出对于产品的客户需求以及改进建议；

4、搜集客户需求和意见，定期向上级汇报。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、1年以上相关工作经验；

3、熟悉淘宝在线客服运作流程和规则；

4、沟通能力好，有较强的工作责任心和良好的服务意识优先。
