As a Sales Engineer, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Business and Robotics (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Robot Systems Paint (RS-PPA) Product Group/ Robotics (BL) Business Line / Robotics and Motion (RM) Business in Shanghai/China country/NAS region. You will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.

？ Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.
？ Acquisition of key customers in the respective market/industry.
？ Look after and consult customers in the respective market/industry.
？ Analyze, establish and expand networks with key-institutions (strategic end-customers, system-integrators, reseller, universities, associations) in the respective market/industry.
？ Analyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the other subsidiaries.
？ Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing etc.) to the adequate departments.
？ Analyze and communicate necessary strategic marketing activities (industry and competition analysis) to the adequate departments and subsidiaries.
？ Responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in the industry.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ University Degree and major in Industrial Automation/Mechanical-Electronic Engineering.
？ Experience in develop and manage sales channels is preferred.
？ Able to be flexible.
？ Foreign invested company strongly desired.
？ Proactive, aggressive and initiative.
？ Good interpersonal & presentation skill.
？ Fluent in oral and written English.
