Supply Chain Data Management (SCDM) is uniquely positioned within the Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. to build, optimize, & control J&J Supply Chain’s data assets, enabling the business to optimize the value of its data more efficiently and effectively.  SCDM is recruiting for an Analyst, SCDM Global Operations (Contract), who will be responsible for providing master data operation support and services to internal customers in Asia Pacific

Responsibilities:

• Manage and work on day-to-day Master Data support requests within AsPac region

• Coordinate SAP master data mass updates – Analyze stakeholder requirements, ensure business approval is in place, execute data loading and complete post data load verification and communication

• Provide data quality and integrity check support to data stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve any Master Data issues by working with IT, Functional Process Owners, Regional Master Data Lead and Departmental Data Leads

• Promote best practice and provide training to data stakeholders

• Create and monitor metrics and dashboards

• Provide master data analysis, comparison and extraction support across regions

• Prepare documentation such as SOP, Work Instruction to support base operation process

• Develop SQL Query for Data Quality Check and create Winshuttle Script

   

Job Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, and/or Supply Chain Management

• Advanced MS Excel skill is a must

• Experience with SAP preferred

• Experience with Excel macro/VBA/SQL preferred

• Experience with working in a complex and international environment preferred

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently

• A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines

• Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

• Fluency in other language such as Mandarin, Korean, Japanese preferred

• Flexible schedule and extended hours may be required
