?统筹事业部层面标准文件持续修订、宣导；
?统筹机构新增标准把关、备案；
?统筹产品部相关责任人检查机构贯标执行情况；
?提供标准编写技术支持工作；
?协助机构标准体系认证准备工作；
?外出参加标准化工作相关培训或活动，深入学习、拓展思路。
?统筹产品部专业小组成员，成立质控小组；
?梳理质控标准、规范，探讨质控管理思路；
?组织质控检查，问题跟进与反馈；
?通过标准化管理功能开发，赋予线上系统管理思想，将标准化质控指标字段丰富进系统采集界面，完善后台数据采集指标，支撑多维度数据、质控报表采集，控制人力成本，完善线上质控指标，提升运营管理；
?外出参加质控管理相关培训或活动，深入学习、拓展思路。
任职要求：
1、学历：本科及以上；专业：管理相关专业；
2、在养老院、医疗营机构实操经验，全面参与过标准体系认证及星级评定工作及医疗JCI国际认证工作，有机构贯标及质控实操经验者优先；
3、熟悉养老行业运营基本情况、标准体系结构及认证流程、星级评定流程优先。
