Essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

l Support sales with technical and commercial review of Customers specification and terms & conditions, working with the Commercial legal team to provide suggestion and comments to sales and customer based on SOP and DOA, meeting with customer and Xylem requirement.

l Process all orders efficiently by assisting dept. manager in developing or improving customer communication efficiency in the order management process

l Assist process orders with factories and follow up until orders are shipped, or alternatively work with order handlers to expedite orders.

l Responsible to expedite orders for products and spare parts. Follow up and coordinate with overseas and local factories, suppliers, distributors & customers to ensure an efficient order entry cycle is achieved. Facilitate communication throughout the supply chain, to meet our customer's requirements.

l Follow up customer payment status on specific order and work together with sales team and finance team on payment collection progress.

l Maintain and update data files like product number, order intake report data , customer data files, supplier master data and master file of stock items per the manger's request and make sure data to be 100% correct.

l Communication on products and applications related with orders with overseas and local manufacturers and suppliers.

l Using project management concept and method to manage the contract execution.

l Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Professional and educational background

l Education: Bachelor Degree, B.S. in Engineering preferred.

l Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant area

l Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

l Good team work spirit
