For the product families under his/her responsibility, the Upstream & Downstream Planner Manager must lead his/her team in order to manage on daily basis the procurement loops for raw materials, components and finished products to guarantee material availability and control stock levels. The Upstream & Downstream Planner Manager must:

- Review material availability with his/her team on daily basis in order to avoid shortage & to minimize customer impacts
- Control inventory value, DIN and unhealthy ratio & take actions for improvement
- Give support to the flow controllers to communicate with suppliers & support functions whenever required (delay, shortage, quality issue, localization…),
- Support Upstream Flow Specialist to optimize procurements parameters (SS, MOQ, LT), to review ISSR/ESSR, to review forecasts accuracy, to review replenishment strategy, to review provision and scrap, to review ASR, to check PO/PR/SO, to check logistics agreement and deal with other SC topics.

Job Requirement:

Working experience around 10 years in Electric industry or relevant industry
Bachelor degree
Leading people experience is a plus
Supply Chain planning mindset and inventory replenishment knowledge are mandatory
Project management experience and influence people skill in both communication and result driven are required
