Business Support Executive

（商务支持专员）

Reporting to manager, you will create and update customer account in trade system,assist in preparing PO&SO for multiple items&updating supply&demand in system if necessary.You will be responsible for print /upload/email and distribute tax invoices to our global customers. You are also required to be able to perform ad-hoc assistance as and when the need arises.

Requirements:

• College certificates 大专学历
• Proficient in English 英语流利
• Mininum 2 years of working experience,preferably with MNC
• 有外企工作背景优先
• Good communication skill 善于沟通
• Able to multi-task and proactive person
• 能完成上司交待的任务，具有积极的工作态度。
