工作职责:

1. Promptly import all purchase orders and raw materials information into ERP system, and be responsible for maintainence of information of all imported materials, including the planned price， fixed in advance of delivery, products names and so on.

及时将所有采购订单及进口原料信息录入ERP系统，并负责维护系统中所有进口物料的信息，包括计划价格、固定提前供货期、品名等。

2．Import and export data statistics and other work arrangements.

进出口数据统计及其他安排的工作

3. Rework apply for imported materials, timely report to the supplier and coordinate arrangements for export repairment and transportation for reimport based on products quality feedback from the business departments.

进口物料的返修申请，根据业务部门所反馈的产品质量问题，及时汇报给供应商，并协调安排出口返修及再进口的运输。

4. Import and export declaration system, including invoices, packing list, contract.

进出口报关的制单，包括发票、箱单、合同。

任职资格:

1. Student On compus，major in Purchasing and Logistics is preferred.

在校大学生或者研究生，采购、物流等专业优先

2. Good command of English, at least pass CET4

有一定英语读写能力，至少已过大学英语四级

3. Could work at least 4 days per week

每周至少能工作4天

On December 12, 2019, SICK group has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary which integrates R&D, Design and Production in Wujin national high-tech industrial park, Changzhou, Jiangsu province---Jiangsu SICK Sensor Co., Ltd. As the fourth legal entity of SICK in China, the project will invest us $6 million, and the production and inventory area will reach 10,000 square meters, laying a competitive advantage and a quick response mechanism for localized intelligent system production. As an important manufacturing center in China and the world in the future, Jiangsu SICK is an important strategic move for SICK to achieve localization, establish a foothold in China and connect the world, which also demonstrates the great confidence of SICK group in the Chinese market.
