- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a HR Specialist.

What are my responsibilities?

- Performs various minor complex human resources duties in areas such as C&B, internal coordination;

- Follows and maintain the processes as per required, including LAT, PCT completion status, contractor;

- Handles various certificates, e.g. HUKOU, dispatching, residence permit;

- Handles on-boarding logistics;

- Operates under some supervision, with review of work in progress.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- More than 1 year working experience, preferably in HR field;

- Good teamwork spirit;

- Good commands of written English;

- Good communication skills.
