建立健全财务制度并监督执行：组织制定、完善会计核算及财务管理相关制度；

加强财务监管，确保财务制度得到有效实施；

l 组织会计核算及财务报表编制工作：负责组织会计核算及财务报表编制工作，组织会计档案的有序归档与持续维护；组织会计电算化系统的建设与维护；

l 资金、资产管理：组织建立健全资金资产管理体系，并推动其有效运行；组织、制定、实施年度、月度资金支出及筹措计划，并进行跟踪管理； 定期组织全公司资产盘点工作，确保公司资产安全完整；

l 税务管理：负责全公司财税政策的统筹规划，依法纳税，驱动税负最小化；

l 外联事务：协调企业内部各部门关系；协调外部事务 (工商/税务/财政/统计/银行/中介机构/股东等)；

l 部门管理：负责部门工作计划的制定与实施；负责部门及财务相关例会的组织、筹划及后续跟踪管理；负责财务人员的技能培训、业绩考核、业务指导、工作分工等；
