Essential Responsibilities :

* Provides excellent technical expertise related to: Excitation, Synchronization, and Protection equipment of large Steam Turbines-Generators

* Reviews the data collected of above systems to support troubleshooting on site

* Supports proactive problem detection, diagnosing root causes and recommending corrective actions.

* Responds to Emergency On-site Call-out when dispatched by an appropriate supervisor for purposes of diagnostics and troubleshooting of rotating machinery by interpreting data available

* Leverages fast works and digitization tools to drive optimum process discipline across all project sites

* Ensure training and knowledge transfer on related processes & tools

* Drive standardization of tools & processes to ensure best-in-class methods are adopted and consistently used

Qualifications/Requirements :

* University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

* Strong applied knowledge of power plants systems and processes

* Minimum 15+ years of experience in erection and commissioning of Excitation-,Synchronization- and Protection systems of large Steam Turbines-Generator-sets

* Willing to travel, at times without advanced notice

* Fluent in English both verbal and written
