1.Responsible for payroll process management and payroll routine work, include payroll preparation, payroll generation, payment arrangement and file check and archive etc.

2.Responsible for payroll related support and coordination, include IIT affairs, social security and housing fund report, income certification, termination statement and C&B FQA etc.

3.Support C&B related program, merit increase, bonus, benefits, process and SOP improvement etc.

4.Responsible for C&B cost monitor and analysis, include data management, report generation etc.

5.Responsible for market C&B research, include salary survey and trend analysis.

6.Handle routine employee service with respect to C&B and support other HR activities as a team in SSC.

7.Support other HR process and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

任职条件：

1.Bachelor degree or above with at least 2 years in C&B function in MNC

2.Good team work and communication skills , can work under pressure, result oriented

3.Solid analytical ability, data sensitive, good at MS office applications

4.Good English skill in both written and oral.
