Main duties：

? 50% Opportunity identification, new product request, and design in project tracking and management 

? 30% Deliver product promotion / training to Disti PM/FAE/Sales and customers 

? 20% Response customer technical enquiries 

  

Duties & Responsibilities:

? Formulates the business development plan with Sales and Marketing team.

? Assist Sales and Disti to promote products, deliver customer training, conduct workshops, organize customer technical day etc.

? Help customer R&D to design our products in their projects, and to co-develop entire new and innovative technologies

? Understand market trend, customer demand, and competition to realize the design-win growth in selected segments /accounts / products within the agreed business objectives and targets.

? Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to maximize design in/win.

? Drive Disti FAE/PM/Sales and leverage internal resources to carry out business development plan.

? On-site technical support to focused customers.

Qualifications:

? Well knowledge of business creation and project management. Good visibility of design-in and design-win pipeline process.

? Strong technical background in electrical circuit design and power component applications. Familiar SMPS, high power AC2DC design, washing machine power, air-conditioner power, home appliances power is preferred.

? Solid knowledge in Power discretes parameters and specification measurement, Power supply topologies.

? Teamwork spirit, good manners and communication skills

? Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering.

? More than 5 years working experience in technical support or R&D in semiconductor industry.

? Flexible to have on site support to key customers

? Good skills in using excel, power point, word and oral presentation in both written and spoken English.
