Job Purpose

• To fully support the PTP operation for all Legal Entities in China, including Third party invoice process, T&E process, Intercompany AP &AR booking and reconciliation, AP month end close process., etc

• Support other PTP process improvement initiatives.

 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Complete the invoice processing, payment processing, T&E process, AP accounting, sub-ledgers closing, vendor enquiry etc. timely. (30%)

• Responsible for verifying, analyse, investigate and resolve payable invoice issue

• Need to be fully aware the accuracy, cycle time, etc… for uploading, payment, closing. (20%)

• Work closely with other team on any operational issues (20%)

• Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually (20%)

• Complete the new process transition and migration independently; Document the operation procedures in standard format (10%)

• Timely, accurate and compliance process of daily operation

• Ability to identify the issue and solve issue independently

• Mindset of continues improvement and implement the improvement initiatives or support the PTP project

• Good communication with cross function and stakeholders

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder and preferred with accounting background

• With minimum 3+ years’ working experience in AP role in MNC

Competencies

• Fluent in both oral and written English

• Excellent analysis and communication skills with effective management skills

• Self-motivated, patient, reliable sense of responsibilities

• Computer literature, especially Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel

• Familiar with the ERP system, or other computerized accounting system preferred
