职位描述
For standalone project and for product line scope in an integrated project (in coordination with sourcing project leader
(SPL)), PPLM is responsible for :
?Owning the budget related to the Sourcing scope and authorising the judicious spending of budget
?Quality, costs and on time delivery of the material and services for the Project.
?Smooth hand-over of sourcing related scope from sales and tendering to execution .
?Creating and managing all project related sourcing documents (e.g. Vendor list, PRPC, Procurement plan etc.)
?Timely issuance of the purchase orders.
?Co-owning the Engineering Procurement Plan ( EPP ) for the scope, where applicable ( e.g. for Sales value over
50MUSD)
?Periodic progress monitoring and reporting to sourcing management and to SPL.
?Support the bundling activities in the project which includes convening periodic meetings of stakeholders.
?Maximising internal GE2GE buys.
Main tasks are:
?Reviews and comments/updates sourcing aspects (including Tender sourcing Strategy, Vendor List, Resource
Allocation Plan, Turnkey Package Plan, etc.). in the project execution Strategy of Project Director at project start.
?Establishes the procurement schedule where applicable (e.g. MPS for Plant projects).
?Coordinates onshore, offshore and on-site procurement activities for the project.
?Ensures all suppliers to be considered in the Project are qualified in due time and manages the customer interface as required in coordination with project director, commodity leaders and supplier quality responsible.
?Oversees issuance of purchase requisitions in the respective system to ensure timely placement of POs
?Supports critical order negotiations (high value; critical contract set-up) when and if required.
?Follows up timely closure of NCRs (site and Shop) related to sourcing.
?Supports Commodity Leaders and Buyers in obtaining technical specifications from engineering on-time.
Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Buying/Procurement.
