The Business Solution Organization (BSO) team is part of Agilent Order Fulfillment Organization (OFS), with a focus on providing the ERP product, process and project management expertise. As a global team of Business Process Solution consultants and project managers, we utilize our unique knowledge about our company, processes and systems to deliver creative digital solutions that meet our internal customer's present and future business needs, working in close partnership with Agilent's internal IT.

Job description

You have led projects in the SAP logistics business process space (transportation, delivery management, order management). You will apply your knowledge in developing concepts and standards to enhance productivity of our supply chain processes. You will conduct business process assessments and work with other supply chain experts and operational managers to develop new end-to-end concepts. You will participate in global and regional projects and consult with senior leaders to deliver the solutions that will shape the logistics of the future.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- You will manage logistics related projects, lead cross-functional ERP projects and be responsible for successful delivery of project/track, including official project closure with sponsor

- You will provide logistics related business process solutions and services for the design, development, modification, implementation and maintenance of cost-effective order fulfillment ERP infrastructure.

- You will consult with Logistics Management and Operations to achieve next level process optimization, applying your ERP and process expertise.

- Identify, qualify, and recommend solutions using external and internal partners. Ensure effective management of change and partnering with functional partners, IT and external partners for logistics process changes -- including improvements, enhancements and fixes.

- You will serve as a catalyst to simplify and digitalize logistics, providing mentorship on tools/system support for Operations, including education and training materials.
