岗位职责：
• Support colleagues in the overall objective in managing and developing insurance products
• Participate in the planning and development of new insurance products as well as implementation and delivery
• Participate in proposition development, retention, service, communication and product management across HACN
• Championing existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
• Working with internal stakeholders and external insurance partners to support growth of the product line
• Preparing product analyses and research for consideration
• Maintain a regular dialogue with external counterparts (e.g. insurance companies, etc) in order to keep the cooperation relationship for insurance business.
• Maintain and ensure due observance of the Group’s/ Bank’s Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/ external auditors and external regulators

任职要求：
• University degree from a recorginzied university.
• Good communication skills, anlaytical skills and prositive attitude and highly self-driven.
• Sound knowledge of insurance, investment or other financial products
• 3 years experience in financial industry. Bancassurance background is preferred.
