岗位职责：

1、全面负责猎头项目的具体推进、执行，完成年度业务指标；

2、了解、分析客户需求、建立人才搜寻渠道，制定详细的寻访方案，

3、搜索、面试、评估、筛选及推荐候选人；

4、推动候选人面试安排、跟进结果反馈、背景调查及后续服务；

5、负责传帮带，培养金融猎头行业的初级入门者，帮助刚进入公司的新人尽快融入团队。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上猎头工作经验工作经验优先；

2、喜欢跟人沟通、愿意分享；

3、进取心强，能够承受工作及业绩压力；

4、具备优秀的人际沟通能力，成熟稳重，乐观、积极向上。

优先条件：

1、自我要求严格，勤奋，有韧性的，优先考虑；

2、有互联网技术行业从业背景的优先。
