负责品牌旗下品牌在全国的线下门店（500家门店）

一、商品企划

1、规划产品线品牌组合，制定品牌引进策略

2、日常商品运营管理：销售目标、畅销款、滞销款、促销管理等。

3、商品期货备货、试销、快反备货：最大化生意机会及满足消费者需求

4、每季订货管理：OTB、订货结构、订单管理等；

5、门店直配项目推进：通过门店直配项目，提升品牌上架效率；

二、商控

1、编制销售部门达成情况，改进销售目标和商品订货计划；

2、库存管理；

3、梳理货品供应链管理，

任职资格：

1、5年以上商品总监相关工作经验，擅长商品企划；

2、有很强的商品规划能力；

3、熟悉商品的市场环境和价格走势，预测并分析类目趋势，有效采购符合市场需求的产品；

4、优秀的沟通协作和项目管理能力，能够在复杂环境下灵活调整
