1. Analytical

Provide overall data analytics on China Ecom, including but not limited to: sales fcst, product sales performance, operations metrics analysis (traffic/ conversion/ store followers/etc.).

 

• Weekly and monthly sales fcst and trading analysis

• Key operations KPI monthly update

• Product sales performance analysis including ST%, disc%, and etc.

• Tmall Databank analysis and monthly update

• Competitors monitoring via 3P business intelligence service

• Able to turn analytics and observations into compelling PPT presentations

   

1. Commercial

   Oversee selected Ecom channel/store sales (to be assigned). Continuously look for opportunities to optimize all aspects of store business.

 

• Annual and monthly sales planning for assigned stores

• Annual and monthly operations KPI planning to support sales

• Strengthen relationship with Platform partners and oversee TP team.

• Work with various internal stakeholders to optimize assortment on said platforms.

• Work with various internal stakeholders to continuously create demand on said platforms through integrated marketing campaigns, content marketing, paid media investment, etc.

Minimum Relevant Experience: no. of years with relevant experience:  5 years, with at least 2 years in Ecom

Minimum Supervisory Experience: no. of years with supervisory experience: Flexible

Spoken English: Average

Written English: Fluent
