职责描述：

Daily management and maintenance of equipment/devices at SGHI, such as update software, make sure normal operation of the equipment SGHI设备的日常管理维护,如更新软件，确保设备以及中心的正常工作

-Maintain inventory and clean audiologic supplies 中心库存盘点维护以及设备清洁

-Assist in SGHI room booking and workshop registration 协助SGHI中心会议室/教室预定以及培训班前期注册

-Assume training affairs, such as accommodation &lunch & tea-break& arrangement培训期间的会务工作，如学员的住宿、午餐、茶歇等安排

-Assist in measuring outcome post training sessions 协助培训后的效果跟踪以及统计

-Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams , such as sales, finance and marketing department 协助与其他各个部门的沟通与联络，如销售、财务、市场的沟通工作

-Assist audiologists in performing audiological testing协助听力学家完成听力学测试

Provide on-site SGHI tour to visitors 陪同中心参观以及讲解服务

-Perform daily and weekly equipment checks and calibration 中心设备校准以及检查

-Other paperwork其他文本工作

-Other requirements from audiology manager上级领导布置的其他工作

任职要求：

- 1 year of working experience or above in relative area一年以上相关工作经历

- Be familiar with data analysis software and assume training affairs熟悉数据分析软件及会务工作

- Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint熟练运用Word、Excel及PowerPoint制作

- 需要经常往返苏州工业园区协助公司SGHI中心工作
