REPORTING TO: HR Manager

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

* Responsibility for resource of HR service in North region

* Support HR Head to complete all HR project in North region

* Support HR team to complete HR reports by weekly, monthly, Quarterly

* Support North region talent movement and development program with business team

* Support HR Head to build & Maintain company culture in North region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsibility for Retail Recruitment process in North region.
• Responsibility for full spectrum of key HR processes and programs locally
• Responsibility for Employee Relationship Management in North region.
• Support Employee Engagement Activities in North region.
• Mobility Local Support
• Support HR projects and change management programs.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICAATIONS

  

Education: 

  

• Bachelor Degree.

• Finance industrial background preferred

    

 

  

Experience: 

  

• Over 3 years working experience in HR field, for Sr. HR Officer, 4 years is a must.

• With multi-national company background is preferred.

•  

  Knowledge:

• With HR Professional Certification is preferred.

• Open minded, good communication skill.

•  

  Language:  Good command of English includes oral and written.

•  

  Computer:

                    Skilled in Microsoft Office.
