Job Summary

The goals of Command & Control Center are to:

• Ensure the availability of the monitored systems through proactive identification of faults and their problem-solving (by predefined items) or by routing the generated incident to the right group.
• Provide value through correlation of the generated incidents and identification of the root cause.

Main Responsibilities

• Working in the team of ATOS China MS ICS Command & Control Center for Siemens Customer
• Responsible for Monitoring system daily operation, such as console monitoring, function email box handling, master call tracing, etc
• Responsible for adding/updating/deleting monitored device in the monitoring system.
• CCC Report Owner, responsible for customer monthly report based on CCC monitoring database.

Knowledge and Skill

·     Good at using MS Office products, such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

·     Knowledge of ITIL is highly desired.

·     Good written, oral and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.

·     Customer engagement and good communication skills.

·     Minimum of 1 year’s experience of working in IT department in an enterprise environment.

·     Experience of working with one of the enterprise system and/or network monitoring technologies such as MS SCOM, HP NNM9i is preferred.

·     MCSE and/or CCNA certificate is preferred.

·     Awareness of corporate environments and their business requirements.

·     Good Team work.
