职责描述：
? Lead analysis, design and implementation of HCM solutions working closely with the HR team
? Conduct structured testing with the Global team and with the business users
? Drive system cutover tasks and analyze need of historical data
? Support the HR team in executing an effective change management process
? Act as the Group System Administrator for the CSOD (LMS) platform.
? Secure that we have a clear view of development costs for the platform across all divisions.
? Create technical design and architectural documents as necessary.
? Conduct IT development work, and lead the technical track for projects working with other developers / consultant resources / local admins and super users / other technical resources.
? Oversee and resolve technical issues during development and live phases. Complete unit testing.
? Act as the technical deployment lead during cutovers. Develop & execute on detailed go-live checklist working closely with the global IT infrastructure team, consultants, and other technical resources.
? Provide support for escalated issues, and work with 3rd party vendors for issue resolution.
? Perform system administrator tasks such as running usage reports, and other tasks as needed.
? Provide work estimates for new development projects within Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) on Group level.
? Lead critical build/buy/enhance decisions on CSOD system.
? Team leader for AA group divisional admins
? Other duties as assigned

任职要求：
? 2-3 years of hands-on experience with a leading HCM suite such as Successfactors or Workday.
? Experience with implementation, testing and data conversion
? Experience with minimum 1 full life cycle implementation project consisting of analysis, design, configuration/development build, test, deployment and training
? Business mindset with deep knowledge of HR functional processes
? Experience working in an international project environment involving remote / virtual team collaboration
? Track record of delivering complex, strategic projects
? Familiar with Java, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, PowerShell
? Basic familiarity with data bases and servers e.g. Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint and Adaxes.
? A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, Exchange and Citrix.
? Experience with Learning Management Systems, especially with Cornerstone On-Demand (CSOD)
? Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time.
? Team player who is willing to learn, and develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams.
