Job Content & Responsibilities:
1. Detailed design for installation cases;
2. In-house systems Audit, maintenance, application migration and other related items;
3. Responsible for the server, client applications and other related installation in project;
4. Independently to complete assigned projects, including project coordination and implementation of the project;
5. Review and updated external and internal tech documentation;
6. Create, review and updated installation template, such as checklist, project documentation, case studies, etc.
Desired Experience / Background:
1. Min. 3-year experience in IT industry preferably in IT service industry ;
2. Good hands-on experiences and ability to perform installations;
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multi-projects simultaneously;
4. Understanding maintenance clients Application's environment (incl. but not limited to topology, structure, main operation targets, etc.), so to be able to provide immediate troubleshooting solution for emergency cases;
5. Some team leading experiences are advantage;
6. Take responsibility as bottom-line person and strong problem solver are advantage.
Technical Requirements:
1. Good technical background in Windows OS, Microsoft DC, and other Microsoft applications;
2. Good in English read and write. Good spoken English is advantage.
