职位描述
RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Execute firmware development in IOT Devices, including Controller, Input and Output IO modules.
2. Contributes to research, technology development and program execution to generate new and/or improved products.
3. Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
4. Participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issues
5. Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
6. New technology research and apply to product development
ACCOUNTABILITY :
1. Be responsible for the complete lifecycle of firmware development, including designing, prototyping, implementation, testing, maintenance and technical support
2. Participate in schematic/layout review process and test and evaluate prototypes from initial engineering samples to mass production.
3. Maintain firmware servers and develop tools for internal use, including scripts and basic hardware interfaces.

REQUIREMENTS :
?BS or MS degree in EE, CS or equivalent experience
?3+ years of experience in firmware development in C/C++
?3+ years of experience with RTOS environments (FreeRTOS, uCOS, etc.)
?Basic ability to read and understand electrical schematics
?Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, both oral and written
?Fundamental understanding of multi-threaded, real-time SW development
?Experience with HW interfaces (USB, UART, I2C, I2S, SPI, GPIO, etc.)
?Experience in wireless (Bluetooth, WiFi, Z-Wave, Zigbee, etc.)
?Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.)
?Experience in developing firmware for ARM based processors
?Experience with the full product development lifecycle, including debugging firmware issues both prior to and post release
