职位描述

Summary

This position is mainly responsible for managing daily operations and provides business support in the areas of distributor management, customer master data management, contract management, billing process and purchase process.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Provide day to day administrative support in distributor management - license check, assist in due diligence/background check, keep on records of distributor serviced practices and ensure smooth on boarding process for customers under distributor sales channel.

· Review all incoming contracts to ensure compliance with Align legal and financial requirements; Create Customer Master Data accordingly through Salesforce; Validate periodically to ensure customer information database’ accuracy.

· Proactively ensuring that orders move through the system efficiently and working cross--functionally to troubleshoot any order--related issues that may arise.

· Effectively communicating with Practice Development Manager regarding the status of orders and keeping accurate records of all communication

· Ensure timely and accurate investigation of credit request background through reference to sales documentation

· Process credits/adjustments in the Align billing system

· Provide clerical support to Legal in contract management when needed

· Establishes self as the "Go To" person in all aspects of sales orders, Contract questions.

· Issue POs for internal customers’ vendor purchase requests

· Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters.

· Meet departmental standards for personal and team performance metrics including, but not limited to, contact volume handled, turnaround time and quality.

· Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.

· Competent in the use of Salesforce , SAP systems as well as the corporate web site.

· Possess comprehensive knowledge of company processes, procedures and product information/materials.

· Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

· Participate in special projects and/or training when requested.

· Provide assistance to Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, related to billing, shipping and SAP administration

· Escalates issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

· Effectively sets priorities in order to meet workload commitments and all applicable established departmental goals

Additional responsibilities

§ Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.

§ Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

§ Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

-Bachelor degree or above. Majoring international trade, finance or IT related is preferred.

-2-4 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, same industry a plus
