职位描述
Employee Duties:
1. Manage Guest Relations Department /Reservation Call Center
2. Manage Housekeeping Department
3. Manage laundry services and rooms inventory
4. Manage Outdoor Cleaning Service -- excluding food gardening
5. Develop reporting and budgeting
6. Participate in weekly food & service meeting and operations meeting
7. Coordinate with AGM/exec chef for F&B operations, scheduling
8. Coordinate with Accounting/Finance/Admin
9. Coordinate w Engineering repairs and maintenance
10. Coordinate w Sales
11. Coordinate w HR
12. Be a hands-on team player and take turns on phone, check-ins, hosting, and night duty.
Note: Career path includes promotion to sr operation manager, operations director, VP.
职位要求：
1、本科以上学历, 管理相关专业;
2、5年以上涉外酒店和餐饮全面运营管理工作经历；
3、具备熟练的英语读/说/听/写能力；
4、良好的专业知识及沟通管理能力；
5、具有良好的团队管理合作及执行力；
6、有丰富的管理能力及营销意识，能管理酒店和餐厅的整体运营；
