We are a French leading company in wine industry. This is a good place to work, with great co-workers and management who allow you to take responsibility. Now we are looking for a sales assistant for Shenzhen office.

Main Responsibilities:

-Assist Sales staff in preparing quotations;

-Assist sales staff in following up sales orders, coordinating all kinds of cases in product, stock, logistics, etc.

-Prepare contracts, and other commercial documents according to the needs of sales and customers;

-Sample Management: Prepare samples and arrange delivery to customers;

-Update ERP database in time (orders, product information, customers information, etc.);

-Other supportive work in sales support and administration.

Profile：

- 1-5 years experience in office environment and customer service;

- Fluent in written and spoken English or French;

- Excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities;

- Critical thinking and intuitive problem solving skills;

- Computer proficiency: excel , word, PPT. Experience in ERP will be a plus
